What is Virasana?
Virasana or hero pose is a basic kneeling asana that is a great alternative to other seated asanas such lotus pose for meditation.
The word Virasana originates from ancient Sanskrit; वीर vira meaning ‘hero’, and आसन āsana meaning ‘posture’ or ‘seat’.


How do I use the Comfy Buddha?
Kneel down on the ground, separate your feet so that the buttocks can comfortably rest on top of the meditation seat.
Push the legs of the seat together. The longer side of the 'T' faces forward. Shift your pelvis to find your perfect neutral tilt.
Lengthen your spine, take a deep breath and begin your practice.
